Our standard minimum rental is 3 nights. All advanced reservations during peak season (Mid May - Labor Day) will be at least 5 nights, up to 14 days prior to departure. Please see Additional Terms and Conditions for details.

All motorhome rentals include 100 free miles, averaged per paid rental night. Please refer to our Rental Terms and Conditions for additional mileage rates.here.

Upon confirmation, a $250 down payment is required for travel trailers, $500 for motorhomes, to secure the reservation. This down payment will be applied toward your rental charges. In addition, a refundable security deposit is required and due upon departure; Class A Motorhomes $2000, Class C Motorhomes $1500 and Travel Trailers $750. Personal checks and ATM cards will not be accepted less than 2 weeks prior to departure date. For certain rental applications, damage deposits may be increased or decreased at our sole discretion.

NOTE: If booking and traveling within 30 days of your departure date, the full amount of the reservation will be due at the time of booking. For special events, the final balance will be due 60 days prior to the event.

Yes, if you are not comfortable towing an RV, don't have a vechile that can tow an RV or don't want to drive an RV - we will deliver an RV of your choice. Our delivery service includes setting up your rental RV and taking it down. The fee to deliver an RV is $3.50 per round trip mile with a minimum fee of $200.

Only motorhomes are equipped with a generator. The first 5 hours of usage are free per each rental night. A charge of $3.00 per hour applies thereafter. A portable generator can be provided on travel trailers for an additional fee.

No. In consideration of other renters and to prevent damages to the unit such as staining or burns, we do not allow smoking inside any of our rentals. If detected upon return, a $500 cleanup fee will be charged.

We request that all payments be made with a major credit card. We only accept alternative forms of payment on a pre-qualification basis. If you wish to tender payment with anything other than a major credit card (cash, cashiers check, money order, or travelers check) for any portion of the payment, you must be a U.S. or Canadian citizen. We require a 30 day advance final payment on all rentals and 60 days final payment for Rocklahoma rentals. All payments must be made prior to pick up to allow time to process the payment. This payment policy is strict and there are no exceptions.

Campground rates vary based on time of year and what facilities they offer. Generally you can expect to pay between $10 and $50 per night. We are a preferred member of KOA and have maps and coupons available.

Yes. You may not travel on dirt or gravel roads. Travel into Mexico or Canada is only allowed with prior approval and proper insurance and documentation.

We do not recommend this. It is difficult to know if the water is potable when you fill the tank at a variety of locations. We recommend you use bottled water for drinking and cooking. The water from the tank is fine for washing and bathing.

2 and 4-bike racks are available as options on Motorhomes only. Not permitted on travel trailers.

Yes, we can make arrangements to pick you up and/or drop you off at the airport.

All you need is to be 25 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license. No special endorsement is needed. All drivers must be present at time of checkout for orientation.

Since rentals are based by the night, you may pickup by 4pm and return by 11 am.

Motorhomes handle much like a car, especially the class "C" units which have a heavy-duty van chassis. All drivers are required to be present at time of checkout and receive an orientation.

Motorhomes come with basic furnishings. Kits are available for trailers on request for an additional charge. Other items may be available on an as-needed basis for all rental units. Please call us for more details.

Motorhomes are equipped with a TV. Smart TV's are available as optional equipment on Travel Trailers. Please call us for more information.

No pets are allowed in rental units.

You will need to travel round trip, we do not offer one way travel at this time.

We do allow towing with all sizes of our motorhomes. The motorhomes are only equipped with a receiver hitch, so you would need to provide your own tow bar. We allow a maximum tongue weight of 250 lbs. and a maximum gross weight of 2,500 lbs. Towing is an additional option priced at $49.00.

A partial list of commonly found facilities would include: electric, water, sewer hook-ups, washer, dryer, swimming pool, playground, BBQ pits, on-site convenience store.

No refunds will be made for early returns, late pick-ups.

You must notify us within 24 hours of an accident and make a full report in writing as well as file a police report.

Travel Trailers have stabilizing jacks, Class A Motorhomes have leveling jacks - you need to make sure you are parking these units on a level surface. Class C Motorhomes do not have leveling jacks.

All payments made are non-refundable, but may be reusable with the exception of a $100 cancellation fee.
