How much does a rental cost?
Prices and terms for all rentals can be found here. Select the unit that will meet your needs, add available options, and you will be provided a quoted estimate based on your selections.

Is there a minimum amount of time that we have to rent?
Our standard minimum rental is 3 nights. All advanced reservations during peak season (May 19th to Sept 6th) will be at least 5 nights, up to 14 days prior to departure. Please see Additional Terms and Conditions for details.

Is mileage included in the rental cost?
All rentals include 100 free miles, averaged per paid rental night. Please refer to our Rental Terms and Conditions for additional mileage rates.

What deposits are required?
Upon confirmation, a $250 down payment is required for travel trailers, $500 for motorhomes and toy haulers, to secure the reservation. This down payment will be applied toward your rental charges. In addition, a refundable security deposit is required and due upon departure.
  • $2000 - Class A coach/bus
  • $1000 - Class B & C coaches/Toy Haulers
  • $500 - Travel Trailers
Personal checks and ATM cards will not be accepted less than 2 weeks prior to departure date. For certain rental applications, damage deposits may be increased or decreased at our sole discretion.

Is there a charge for the generator?
Only motorhomes are equipped with a generator. The first 5 hours of usage are free per each rental night. A charge of $3.00 per hour applies thereafter. A portable generator can be provided on travel trailers for an additional fee.

Do I need a special driver's license to drive a motorhome?
All you need is to be 25 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license. No special endorsement is needed. All drivers must be present at time of checkout for orientation.

When can I pick up the motorhome?
Since rentals are based by the night, you may pickup by 4pm and return by 11 am.

Is it difficult to drive a motorhome?
Motorhomes handle much like a car, especially the class "C" units which have a heavy-duty van chassis. All drivers are required to be present at time of checkout and receive an orientation.

Do rentals come equipped with pots and pans?
Motorhomes come with basic furnishings. Kits are available for trailers on request for an additional charge. Other items may be available on an as-needed basis for all rental units. Please call us for more details.

Does the motorhome come with a TV, VCR, DVD, or stereo?
There is an AM/FM stereo with a CD player in the dash. There is also a TV and VCR inside the motorhome. Most units also come equipped with DVD players.

Are there rollout awnings on the rental units?

Are pets allowed in the motorhomes?
No.

Can we smoke in the motorhome?
No. In consideration of other renters and to prevent damages to the unit such as staining or burns, we do not allow smoking inside any of our rentals. If detected upon return, a $500 cleanup fee will be charged.

Can we travel one way to our destination or do we have to travel round trip?
You may travel one-way, however, round-trip charges plus driver expenses will apply.

How do I pay for the rental?
We request that all payments be made with a major credit card. We only accept alternative forms of payment on a pre-qualification basis. If you wish to tender payment with anything other than a major credit card (Cash, cashiers check, money order, or travelers check) for any portion of the payment, you must be a U.S. or Canadian citizen. We require at least 14-business days notice, prior to pick up, to process the payment. This payment policy is very strict and there are no exceptions.

Can I tow my car or boat behind the motorhome?
We do allow towing with all sizes of our motorhomes. The motorhomes are only equipped with a receiver hitch, so you would need to provide your own tow bar. We allow a maximum tongue weight of 250 lbs. and a maximum gross weight of 2,500 lbs. Towing is an additional option priced at $49.00.

How much does it cost to stay in campgrounds?
Campground rates vary based on time of year and what facilities they offer. Generally you can expect to pay between $10 and $50 per night. We are a preferred member of KOA and have maps and coupons available.

What kind of facilities might a campground offer?
A partial list of commonly found facilities would include: electric, water, sewer hook-ups, washer, dryer, swimming pool, playground, BBQ pits, on-site convenience store.

Are there any places we cannot take the motorhome?
Yes. You may not travel on dirt or gravel roads. Travel into Mexico or Canada is only allowed with prior approval and proper insurance and documentation.

What if I return the vehicle before the date it is due?
No refunds will be made for early returns, late pick-ups.

Is it safe to drink the water from the motorhome tank?
We do not recommend this. It is difficult to know if the water is potable when you fill the tank at a variety of locations. We recommend you use bottled water for drinking and cooking. The water from the tank is fine for washing and bathing.

What if I am involved in an accident?
You must notify us within 24 hours of an accident and make a full report in writing as well as file a police report.
